FtP referrals by NHS Trusts – the data
We have gathered a unique set of data on the number of fitness to practice (FtP) referrals by NHS Trusts to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). This data is the result of multiple Freedom of Information requests made over many months. It is presented here as both a UK map showing each trust’s location and as a dynamic spreadsheet.
You can read more about how we gathered the data, the findings within it that back up our existing knowledge and experience of FtP, and some thoughts about how the NMC should progress their approach to FtP.
